50 Best Employer
For six consecutive years, Envision Financial has been ranked among the 50 Best Employers in Canada by the Globe and Mail's Report on Business magazine. With a 2008 ranking of number 8, this marks the third straight year Envision has been included in the survey's top 10, and the second straight year Envision has been the highest-ranked B.C.-based employer in the survey.

The survey, conducted annually by Hewitt and Associates and published by the Globe and Mail's Report on Business magazine for eight years to date, polls employees from companies and organizations across the country to determine which companies make the list as "50 Best Employer". Each year, employees answer questions on topics ranging from how much their opinions are valued, to the effectiveness of their organization's leadership.

Caring Company Award
For our extensive support of the communities we serve, Envision Financial is designated a Caring Company by the Canadian Centre for Philanthropy.

Employer of Choice Award
Through progressive human resources practices that are woven tightly into the company's day-to-day practices, Envision strives to balance the needs of employees with the needs of the business. In 2007 Envision was recognized by WorkLife BC as the Employer of Choice in British Columbia. We're also proud to be the recipient for the Award of Excellence for the Fraser Region—an award given to organizations who demonstrate innovative approaches to workplace flexibility.

Innovation Award
The Innovation Award, presented annually by Credit Union Central British Columbia, acknowledges credit unions that break new ground in the financial services industry with creative new products, services, practices, or programs. Envision Financial and First Calgary Savings' jointly owned subsidiary inUnison Technology Services won an Innovation Award in 2007 as the most innovative operations initiative. In 2006, Envision Financial also won an Innovation Award for its "Voom Credit Union," an in-school business education tool for kids offered in partnership with local schools.
