Director Election results are in!
Votes have been tallied for the 2008 election of directors. Eligible Envision members re-elected Sally O’Sullivan and Shawn Neumann to the Board of Directors for a three-year term, and elected new candidates Peter Podovinikoff and Chuck Stam to the Board of Directors for a three-year term.
Results are as follows:

Region One

• Sally O’Sullivan – elected
• Peter Podovinkoff - elected

Region Two

• Shawn Neumann – elected
• Chuck Stam – elected

Members also voted in favor of passing all of the proposed special resolutions, on general administrative matters, change in quorum requirement, and a new class of partner equity shares. Envision thanks all members who took the time to vote in this important democratic process.
